Our Practice
Advantage Foot Care of Houston understands that it is important to have healthy, pain free feet in order to live a productive lifestyle. We believe that every patient is unique, and take time to listen and tailor treatment to each patient’s needs. AFCH works closely with multiple primary care physicians and specialists in the area to ensure a cohesive experience and the best patient outcomes. We also believe that prevention is the best treatment, and look beyond the patient’s immediate concerns to address problems that may arise in the future.
Our Doctor
Smitha Mantha, DPM

Dr. Mantha has been in private practice in the Houston area since 2012. She is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. After obtaining her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin in her home state, she went on to get her medical degree from Barry University of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Miami, FL in 2009. With an emphasis in outpatient medicine, she finished a 3-year surgical residency in 2012 at The Mt. Sinai hospital of Chicago in Illinois.
Dr. Mantha specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle problems that include ingrown toenails, heel, foot and ankle pain, foot deformities, dermatological abnormalities, and diabetic foot care. As a podiatrist she is committed to helping patients return to a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle with the highest level of patient care. Dr. Mantha lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs in the heart of Houston. They love to enjoy an active lifestyle that takes advantage of the diverse culture of the city. She is also a professional photographer and specializes in maternity, newborn, family, and event photography with Vibrant Palette Photography.

Talk about being treated like a patient that matters.. Dr. Mantha takes her time, goes in depth with explanation and makes sure you don't leave without first having a course of action or treatment if you are in need. If you feel like you have been bounced around doctor to doctor, come here. This is where that cycle will end. Thanks Dr. Mantha!

I've been to several doctors over the past year for my problem and she was the only one who could give me insight on anything that was going on. She was actually able to tell me what ankle I sprained before which I thought was cool. Will definitely come back to her.

I couldn't have asked for a better
experience. I was step-by step given information of what was wrong, how it gotthat way, and how to fix it all in one visit! I was so surprised to have had such a greatoutcome. I wouldn't recommend any
other doctor but this one! So very grateful for all their help!
